In 2016 Ashley started her career in beauty. She wanted to further her knowledge and pursue her passion in skincare and cosmetic lasers and became a licensed medical aesthetician and electrologist at Hollywood Institute in Orlando, Fl, and continue education at the Esthetics Association Florida. Since then, Ashley has worked with several of the nation's top medical-grade product lines and cosmetic and plastic surgery practices and now is the owner of Innovation Aesthetics & Medspa.
She is proficient and experienced in using multiple laser techniques as well as other treatment options to help her patients reach optimal results. Whether you are seeing Ashley for skin rejuvenation, body contouring or other skincare needs, you will benefit from her years of experience and passion for medical aesthetics.

Dr. Razack is a board-certified child and adult psychiatrist.
She is an expert in the biopsychosocial management of psychiatric disorders. She is an enthusiastic advocate of wellness. A core fundamental belief is the connection between the mind and body.
