THE SPA POLICY

All guest must pay a non-refundable deposit upon booking. If the deposit is not paid in two hours you lose your appointment time. Please provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation for any appointments to receive your deposit back. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The fee amount will equal to 50% of the reserved service. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case the same cancellation fee will apply.

If you purchase a body contouring package and cancel within 24 hours or no show for one of your treatment days you will lose your treatment and will be charged $25.00 no show fee. You have 60 days upon the day of purchase to complete all treatments.
